paopinions.org is a unique website designed to provide public access to court documents from various county Courts of Common Pleas for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The paopinions.org service incorporates free access to these resources via the Internet using a simple easy-to-use interface that speeds information to the end user. Working in cooperation with local bar associations, the Office of Attorney General, court and county personnel, and private law firms, paopinions.org makes public information public.

This website provides access to Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas Opinions

At this website you will be able to search for opinions available from the Courts of Common Pleas through a free-text search interface. In addition access is provides for the local court rules, the court's website, the county's website, and the county bar association's website.

In the future, additional search field will be available to look for specific case information such as case docket number, case caption or name of the parties, court case was heard in, date opinion or order was filed, and name of judge writing the opinion or issuing the order.
